Growing up Blxck, Queer, Non-binary, and Bible Belted in the Midwest during the 90s, Sermon I Wish I'd Heard & Get Y/Our Power Back bear witness to individually collective journeys towards self-love through spoken word, song, and movement–three friends that fed the indomitable spirit childhood required. It's a blossom that ultimately saves livez; and perhaps, lives now as a call home to remember that we each are our greatest medicine. Touring Now!
Biennial Juneteenth PRIDE CONCERT
Many folx know June as LGBTQ+ Pride month, while some know it to also be Blxck Music Month and HOME to Juneteenth. We invite you to dance with us at these intersections of Blackness, Queerness, and Gender Freedom. The Inaugural Juneteenth Pride Concert premiered June 26th, 2021 and will be hosted virtually and in-person this year at HOMEplxce Retreats on June 25th, 2023.
