KINnectSibz started off as one-on-one Improv Healing Sessions with a friend to better support each other. We would check-in by sharing what’s been on top for us since the last time we shared space. Then, instead of giving advice, asking for more details, or even offering feedback/resonance, we would immediately improvise musically.
